The Alzheimer’s Society offer a service that will provide information, support and signposting tp anyone affected by Dementia in the Northern Trust Area. This service is provided through various means, including face to face visits, telephone support calls, virtual carers support groups and Dementia Information Programmes. The Team can offer pre diagnostic, post diagnostic and end of life support and information. All service are free to access.
